THIS NUMBER CALLS MY CELL PHONE AND WHEN I ANSWER IT, IT IS AN AUTOMATED SYSTEM STATING THAT IT IS WITH THE INVESTIGATIVE BRANCH OF THE IRS. SO I HANG UP. I CALL THE NUMBER BACK A MAN SPEAKING WITH VERY BROKEN ENGLISH CLAIMS HE IS WITH THE IRS. WHEN CONFRONTED WITH THE FACT THAT THE IRS WOULD NOT BE CALLING ANYONE'S CELL PHONE. NOR WOULD THEY HAVE SOMEONE WITH EXTREMELY BROKEN ENGLISH ANSWERING THEIR PHONE, HE HANGS UP. |
