This individual Jared uses a list of funded UCC Filings, generic notification of lending to businesses, he uses it to elicit a phone call back so he can pitch or sell other forms of financing, nothing about the communication lends itself to believe that this individual is a reputable or trustworthy entity to communicate with much less do business with. The claim of a matter related to a UCC Filing is intended to mislead the recipient of the call into believing that there is some sort of legal or other matter of dire importance when at least the purpose of the call is to solicit business and at most it seems there may be something more sinister at play.

They continually call my business asking for the owner and I tell them to stop calling and they get nasty and yell at me and when all I will say is "stop calling this number" they hang up. I block the number and they call again from another number. Same thing every time.

I fake UCC filing against the business. Name was Jared I hung up on him and he called back 4 times in a row so I chewed his ass and he acted like I was in the wrong.

Man was very rude could not give me direct answers when I asked him to fax me info in writing to give to my lawyer he said he did not know why I would be doing so. He asked for "Dan" which anyone calling our office would know that the owner would NEVER be called that or use that in any documents!!!!!! THIS IS A FRAUD SCAM of some kind if I receive anything in writing I will report it immediately. I suggest if anyone else gets anything in writing to do so as well it is THE ONLY way to try to stop these people!!

Left a message about a fake UCC filing

Called several times. Very Rude & nasty

This number has called our business for weeks straight every hour on the hour. When answered they are cryptic and do not explain why they are calling with the exception that we owe money. When our corporate office called back for details none were given and they were belligerent on the phone.
