Spoofed call pretending to be Principal Financial Group. I did not answer the call. I do not have any affiliation or life insurance with this company. Never give out your social security card number or credit card number to anyone that calls you. |

I cancelled this incoming call from Principal financial Group to research the number, found BBB complaints. They do not accept VoIP calls or blocked numbers. I used an internet Dial'r which answered as Principal Financial Group and was told to press 2 for English or stay on the line, twice I was hung up on after the recording. I finally called back using my phone unblocked, they need your SSN to look up your account witch I will not give so talking to a human is next to impossible. Insurance I do carry has no affiliation with this company. |
