Same caller called me this morning saying we won 3.5 million a week and a Mercedes.. Said his name was Michael Anderson and he was in Nashville. Had this happen to me before. Scam!

Michael called & I told him I was not interested and hung up. He called back & left a message on my phone.

Same old story as above. It sounds like a person deliberately trying to sound like he is retarded talking about having won something from Publishers Clearinghouse. I have not entered any of that malarkey and knew this was a scam - I think it is trying to target older people.

Gentle called from 337-245-2945 stating I won $7,000 weekly for life and new 2018 Lincoln from Publisher Clearing House and want me to pay $738.00 for fees

Same caller with slimy voice called my mother again, left a message with same scam that she had won 5.5M and a 2018 Lincoln. How can this be stopped????

This same man called my mother, told her she won 5.5M and 2018 white Mercedes in publishers cl house sweepstakes. Arranged to meet her (she lives in retirement community). I was here to meet him but he never showed. He called her after arranged meeting time about meeting him. When I got on the phone, said I was her daughter and could I help him, he hung up immediately. Dangerous scam targeting elderly!

Caller was very slow, deliberate speaker with an accent and claimed to be Publisher's Clearing House also (same as another comment here). Said I won a multimillion dollar prize plus a Mercedes in a consumer drawing. Didn't I get a previous call or letter from PCH? (No). I told him I didn't enter any contest, to which he responded that it was a "consumer" list I was on from which my name was drawn. I said I did not believe him, but he gave me this number to call back later so they could deliver my prize. It felt very much like a scam, but I didn't get into any further details with the caller. I would not recommend anyone calling this number.

The claim to be the 'Publishers Clearing House' where my dad won a new 2018 Lincoln and $5.5M dollars. But in order to receive the money, he had to give the 3% delivery charge for the prize today. Figured if it was really PCH, they would not be making him pay for any of the prize...just the tax. He then told me to not get narly with him because this is a standard thing that has to be collected. Since he seemed to get irritated when I told him I would not send him any money today, I figured this was a scam. I told him we would not accept the prize if the requirement was to send money today. He quickly said ok, thanks and hung up.
