Don’t say YES. It is a scam!

I have had three calls from this number (Arvada Colorado #) in less than two hours,leaves no voice message. Soooo annoying! Come on FCC. So many complaints! Do something!

You have to block this number, they won't stop calling. What good does it do to be on the DO NOT CALL registry, when you still get (not kidding, today alone 9 calls) harassed by criminals???

Called and wanted to setup a reverse mortgage. I told him I'm not interested in a reverse mortgage. Hung up abruptly

They call about once a week. Has been going on for about six months. A recorded voice asks "can you hear me now?" Then the recorded voice wants your mortgage balance in order to provide you with reverse mortgage information. If you play along and mumble answers to the questions asked by the recording, the call will disconnect. By then they know they've been had. A call to the number shown on your caller ID gets "I'm sorry but the number you have dialed has been disconnected or is no longer in service". An obvious scam. Reporting this number to the FTC, FCC or DNC officials is useless as the number was spoofed and cannot be traced anyway. I suspect that they are phishing for personal information in order to commit identity theft.

The FCC is a worthless department, the phone group should be totally abolished and the FCC Phone SPAM protection's $118,232,000.00 annual budget handed over to Private companies that would work for successful Bounty. Americans tolerate worthless agents that fail to do anything but collect paychecks. if just $30,000.00 reward was paid for successful tracking and prosecution of these criminals, 6,000 a year would be prosecuted. The FCC only shuts down around 4 a year. But, the same people restart with a different number within a week. Both the Democrat and Republicans have totally failed to protect the citizens. If they can't protect us from this, then what good is our National Defense, Banking System, Retirement system or anything else? It is our right as citizens to abolish worthless, useless government services that are absolutely complete failures.

Called my mobile claiming to call re notice on my Duke Energy account but caller clearly not from Duke which has my home number as point of contact. Expect it's yet another company trying to get me to switch energy providers.
