Debbie from Cardmember Services has been monitoring my credit, wants to lower my credit card interest rate to 6.5% for a balance over $4,000. Said to press "1" to be connected to a live operator or press "9" if not interested. I pressed "9" and got a male voice that asked if I wanted to lower my interest rate. I said that I pressed "9" to be removed, I am not interested, I don't like these calls and REMOVE me from your list! He just said "OK" and hung up. It really makes me mad that they tell me they have been monitoring my credit, even if I know they are lying. |
