I got a call from this number (951)504-9866 Riverside. Sounded like a female asking me “is this Jo” in English. I answered “yes, how can I help you” and then she just said “okay” and hung up on me. I called the number and the recording says, “Sorry the number you have reached is not in service.” |

When this person first called me a few days ago, I tried calling them back and there was just a voice mail saying, 'Sorry, the number you dialed is no longer in service.' So I blocked the number. Even though I blocked the number, they still keep trying to call me! |

Some lady just called saying she was calling from the Riverside county in regards to some tax bill something like 411 and she needed to know or inspect the home for the new paint, windows, etc...Scammer and all bullshit. I just reported it to the Riverside Police Dept. (She sounded like young African America lady) |

Btw, the National Do Not Call List is a joke. Spammers disregard it. And for victims....it's outrageous how much detail YOU must provide that it is not worth the effort. I have this number blocked on my cell by McAfee. |

Constantly called my cell phone with no voicemail message when I did not pick up. I installed McAfee on my phone in which I could block. Number shows up regularly on the blocked call list. Many spam callers got the hint!! NOT this JERK! |
