Do Not give them any information!!!! I just received A call from someone with an India accent, Telling me about a refund from a computer technical service company. He asked me if I remember making a purchase last year, of course I’m going to say yes because I want money. He then told me that I needed to sit in front of my computer, and I just said why not email me? And he started of course, and then I started to be suspicious and asked him If he even knew my name. It took about two seconds for him to hang up on my face. Big-time scam!!!

SCAM! They state they want to give you a refund for tech support on your Microsoft computer, then instruct you to do harmful things to your device. They are quick to foul language, especially when you talk about their wives and daughters.

Scammers called from "microsoft" stating I was getting a refund for services I paid for. I called them and asked if they were refunding the whole $1000 and an Indian said yes. I need to go to my computer and allow them to get in so they can give me my refund. Told the India "Kevin" he was a scammed and a few other fine words.
