UNSAFE	UNSAFE over 6 years ago by Anonymous Have called my phone three times. Today they left a message threatening legal action and calling my employer. They knew my first name, but that was it. Left a hateful message threatening me that I had an outstanding debit they are trying to collect on. Just told me to call them back at 866-917-3639 and gave a file number for me to reference when I call.

UNSAFE	UNSAFE over 6 years ago by Kelly This is a collection agency called MCL Portfolio Management. They use highly illegal tatics. They threaten bank immediate bank leins and payroll garnishment. They call your employer and give this information about you to whoever answers the phone. Then they have someone else pretending to be a process server stating that they will serve you at work. This continues for weeks. No one shows up. Then they contact relatives all over the country giving the same information trying to scare them also. This needs to stop. These people are harassing everyone the talk to and do not stop.
