This was an illegal, automated robo call about how this is the last chance to lower my credit card interest rate. It said to press 1 to speak to someone, so I did, but after waiting 2 minutes, I was never connected to a live person. Additionally, my caller ID said "Unknown, United States", which means it's a spoofed number. They called my cell phone, which is on the FTC and State of FL Do Not Call List.
