Called and said I owed a loan from tribal. I told them I did not. They were threatening and I hung up.

Threaten call, called me cursing at me and said something will happen to me soon

Threats of harm and arrest for fake loan

Spoke with a man named Charles and said that I needed to get a lawyer for a debit that I had back in 2015; My lawyer had to have knowledge of Indian law and I was going to be arrested and my vehicles repo. Charles called back and was very threatening and scary.

Call from Charles at CCA Group regarding a "Tribal Loan". I have never even thought about taking one of these loans. Charles threatened to have me locked up and proceeded to inform me that I had no rights on Sovereign Tribal Land. He went further to explain that Tribal Laws superseded any and all Federal and State Laws. Immediately asked for my banking information. Obviously I did not give any information. Caller proceeded to call back 5 more times between my cell and home phone numbers. I reported number and Company to The FCC. Dont Fall for This Scam. They say they are from a Law Firm but the number leads back to a Collection Agency in NY with a Website that looks like it was designed by a 4 year old. This is Nothing but a Money Grab!

2nd threating call in a month they have called my work once that I know of BIG mistake saying I stole something which I have not. If it were a debt they would not use the vocabulary that he does told him last month to send me documents and I have not received nothing I want to report but not sure to who

Just received call this morning from charles. They are CCA group- a collections company. I hung up. He called back and said I was ignorant and childish and that he was proceeding with repo team to repossess my car and then issue a warrant for my arrest for check fraud and etc. This is not a legit company. How dare they call people and do these scare tactics and threaten us and try to degrade us. Get a real job.

Just got this call this morning. Calling my cell then calling a number I never use. Saying I had a complaint against me for wire fraud out of place I haven't lived in 14 years. It was some guy name Charles.

They called me too saying to clear my personal belongs out of vehicle. Charles said it was a judgement against me for an old debt. At first I was scared but I checked my credit report and there are no judgements against me. He used my maiden name and my parents address. What was weird is at first I got a text at 6am telling me this and to call another number. I called that number and that is when I talked to Charles. He said I would have to come up with four thousand dollars or make payments if I wanted to stop the repo, Such a scam!! This was at the end of December 2017 and I just got another call a few days ago that I didn't answer from Charles saying that "he isn't wasting any more time and the repo would happen unless I called and made arrangements." I sure hope no one out there is tricked by these people.

Received call that they were going to repo my Ford Vehicle. I don't even have a vehicle. The last vehicle I had was a Buick. Highly suspicious because they asked for me by my middle name not my fist name which is what is on any important paperwork. I blocked the number. They cant take a vehicle if I dont owe nor do I have one.

Same as everyone else us saying. This guy stated my vehicle was going to repoed. That will be not happening I am not behind! I dorm owe anyone so this had to be a huge scam! I have blocked all calls. Crazy people!

This company is HIGHLY suspicious- I can not find any information on them- they have the correct social and said they have been trying to contact me for years for payment on a loan. The man said that a judgement was one in their favor and they now have a judgement to repo my vehicle for repayment. They listed TWO banks that I have NEVER banked at- I told him I have never received anything (mail/calls) about payment or collections- he told me it is not too late and the vehicle will be reposed and taken to New York. IS THIS A LEGIT COMPANY??? I asked him how do I prove this is not me and identify theft (if this is even real) and all he says is that he hears the same thing all day and it's too late they are coming for my vehicle..

Told me they were a Repo company. Said they were taking my truck and I needed to clear my belongings, unless I pay them a lump sum. Had the Vin number and everything. Called my finance company who assured me they are no affiliation, my account was current- and in fact paid ahead. These guys touch my truck, I and the Finance company will be charging Criminal Fraud and Grand Theft Auto against them.
