THIS IS, WITHOUT A DOUBT, A SCAM. Most people don't answer phone numbers that they don't recognize. Therefore, this scammer leaves a message that says she is Rebecca Crosby and is calling from the Fraud Division that has a claim against the person she is calling. Do not return the phone call and absolutely do not give her / them any money whatsoever. Very bad people out there today. Now that the IRS has repeatedly said they won't ever be calling you to request payment, these people have come up with another narrative / way to frighten people. Absolutely do not fall for this. I don't care if you think you owe money to someone. We all owe money. THIS IS A SCAM. DO NOT FALL FOR IT !
