Calls constantly. All day long! FCC please do something about these scammers and fraudulent callers. They threaten.. curse you and foreign accent. UNSAFE

Foreign accent, called many times after I hung up, throughout today, said i had a college Grant and said i could use money for whatever. When I said not to call back and to be removed he said "do you know who I am" I said "no" he said "I am your f-ing father" I said no and he continued to said yes I am and I said Im not giving in information out and he got even more mad, and told me "I wasted his f-ing time and to go to f-ing H*ll"
