NEUTRAL	NEUTRAL over 5 years ago by KoD I have also received endless repeat calls claiming survey for the NYS dept of health. When I once asked how long it will take, they told me about 24 minutes. I was surprised both by the specificity of the number and the length of time--who has that kind of time. I told them I could not spare the time and they told me they would call back at a more convenient time, but did not ask me what time would be convenient.

Elizabethtown, NY is a small village, 1163 population as of 2010. The village is way out in a rural area and neither of those government entities have a facility there. Whatever is going on here, it doesn't come off as legitimate.
