NEUTRAL	NEUTRAL about 6 years ago by CJRS I received this call from a gentleman identifying himself as Alex with Windows IT said over past two weeks someone was trying to hack into my computer and he wanted to help prevent this. I asked him to repeat his name, company and give me a callback number. The call back number he gave was 801-896-1222. I said I hang up and call him back. I can only get a busy response when calling it back. I have had several similar calls over the past several years and believe them all to be scams. They never have the correct name that is registered as the owner of the computer, I believe there is no legitimate company called simply Window IT.
